1 September 2015
The 3rd edition of the DHC+ Summer School started yesterday in Turin at the Department of Energy (DENERG) with the introductory lectures provided by the organizers (DHC+ Technology Platform, Politecnico di Torino and ISMB). The Summer School will end on Friday 4th September, with the presentations of students’ project works and the speeches of Marco Masoero, director of DENERG, and Giovanni Colombo, director of ISMB.
Through theoretical lectures, practical applications and site visits combined in a unique course, the Summer School offers a clear introduction to the District Heating and Cooling (DHC) technology, operational issues, and consumer determinants in evolving energy systems. Thanks to the contribution of Smart Energy Strategic Programme of ISMB, the agenda features the interaction between DHC and ICT technologies.
